Professor Wang Jianjiang from Shanghai Normal University gave an academic lecture at Lanzhou City College.

 In order to enhance the research level of the research team in the College of Art and Design and promote the application for high-level research projects, on the morning of April 6, 2023, the Art and Design College of Lanzhou City College invited Professor Wang Jianjiang from Shanghai Normal University to give an academic lecture titled “The Art of Bie-Modernism” at the multifunctional lecture hall of the Peili Exhibition Hall.

During the lecture, Professor Wang Jianjiang elaborated on the narratives and descriptions of life in literature and art from five aspects, revealing the essence of human existence. He provided insights into the secrets of creativity by exploring different ways of thinking. Furthermore, he introduced the “Life Equity Aesthetic Theory ” as a 2.0 Bie-Modernism Theory and inspired the faculty and students with various phenomena in aesthetics.

After the lecture, during the break, Professor Wang provided guidance and suggestions for modifying research project proposals written by young teachers of the College.
