May 2019, the Center for Bie-modern Studies (CBMS) of Primoska University in Slovenia was established. The unveiling ceremony was held at the Palace of the Guards at Tito Square in Koper.

The well attended opening ceremony including Aleš Bržan, Mayor of Koper, Slovenia, Dragan Marušič, President of Primoska University, and Boris Kavur, Vice-President, Irena lazar, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Ernest Ženko, Director of the new Center for Bie-modern Studies. Professor Wang Jianjiang, attended in support of his “Bie-modern Theory”, as did Xie Duquan, the Dean of the Confucius Institute at Erjana University. Many students and teachers of Confucius Classroom at Koper were also in attendance.
